Vanessa Banks is a Utah-based illustrator with a passion for storytelling and world-building through concept art and graphic novels. Set to graduate in 2025 with a BFA in Illustration from BYU, Vanessa brings creativity and dedication to every project. Their passion lies in creating stories and characters that represent queer and neurodivergent identities.
As a Research Assistant Illustrator, Vanessa has contributed to groundbreaking work by visualizing research exploring the similarities and appreciating the differences between neurotypical and autistic individuals. Recognized for their talent and commitment, Vanessa has been awarded the Talent Awards Scholarship twice during their academic journey.
